Shipping

1. We only ship in Singapore for the time being.
2. Shipping will take 15-20 business days as we're new and are still optimizing our supply chain. To compensate for the long wait, shipping is free until further notice.
3. We will be in touch with you over email for tracking and more. If you have any questions, reach out to sillypointmerch@gmail.com - Jinesh or Kunal will answer you personally.

Returns and exchanges

1. We do not offer returns.
2. If there is an issue with size, or a product defect, please email sillypointmerch@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the order. We will exchange it for free. 
3. Please refer to the detailed size guide on all product pages and order accordingly, to reduce operational complexity for us :)
